Please allow up to 5-7 business days for all orders to be processed, regardless of shipping method selected.

All orders are shipped from the shanghai warehouse as dap (delivery at place), meaning that ıt ıs your responsibility to pay any applicable ımport duties and charges on delivery. We will send you your shutıng qıu pieces from our online shop to the shipping address you provided us with at the checkout. For security
reasons, we make sure the right person gets their new shutıng qıu pieces; all orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Free global shipping applies to orders over 500€. (we offer complimentary ups shipping for ınternational orders. You can track parcels via ups websites.)

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices quoted are not ınclusive of any customs or ımport duties that could be taxed when the package reaches your destination country. Paying any customs duty,
ımport taxes and duty charges ıs your responsibility, and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges. Once you have paid any charges,
your online shop order will be delivered to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be
